General Lecture Advice
- Consistency: Pick a visual style (all photos, all illustrated, or a consistent mix) and stick with it per module
- Attribution: All three recommended sources (Unsplash, Pexels, Pixabay) are free to use without attribution, but crediting photographers is good practice
- Fair use: The textbook publisher may have an instructor resources site with approved images — worth asking Dr. Cason about
- Diverse representation: Prioritize photos showing diverse, inclusive classrooms/workplaces
- Avoid clutter: Clean, uncluttered images work better in presentations than busy stock photos
- Screenshots: UI screenshots from real apps (Word, Drive, Gmail) are often more useful than stock photos for productivity chapters
